Consequence every action has them

Now this can happen in any walk of life, from not taking out the rubbish to drink driving. Everyone's action have consequences, they are not all necessarily negative, there are positive out comes to certain actions. For example if the wife has asked you to remove the garbage, and you do it normally that will make for a happy home life. On the other hand if you forget or refuse, can probably safely say it would be a different outcome. I have found working in various firms, that the management or supervisor's never really care at what happens next, they seem to always focus on the now. You can point out that a certain action, is going to cause disruption or even end with someone hurt. But no matter how much you seem to point at these issues, they never seem to get addressed, well that is until someone does eventually get hurt, then it is always staffs fault. Unless it hurts profits or somehow impacts on their stock, human life is not a main issue. Now I am not saying this happens in every firm, but there is a lot that it does happen, there seems to be no regard for the  safety and well being of someone. The fact is the owners, management do not seem to comprehend the impact a certain act of stupidity can have on someone, not just from physically injury, but also what about the mental health. Workers around the world, put their jobs first before most things, because without the job there is no roof, food or even car. Managers should look at their actions and how they address their staff, the wellbeing of the ones that make them their money, well should be a priority. I have worked in some places with horrendous working conditions, being paid the bare minimum and spoke to like trash. The things you do are never enough, that expectation of you doing more than your job description. You do more push for the job security, you really cannot afford to lose the job, so you become a good complaint little worker. That is until you burn out, and become tired start feeling unwell, this is the consequence of having an overly demanding unhelpful boss. But in reality the boss is not suffering, he is still earning he will push another employee and make ends meat. You on the other hand have loss of earnings, bills to pay and no income, for a few weeks whilst you recover. What they do not seem to understand, is that few weeks has a massively negative consequence on you, bills unpaid, fridge bare and worry with a dash of anxiety. This can lead to a mental breakdown, suicide maybe in extreme cases, the implement can be catastrophic. And this can impact you for months, years even and possibly lead to depression. This is one of many different types of actions that can have a negative outcome, the way people should speak to their staff needs to change, instead of looking at that worker as a cog in a clock, or a robot. Understand we are all human, who are just trying to make a living and lead a decent life, enjoying what we can take. We do bleed, we do cry, we get stressed and we get burnt out. And I know employers will probably not believe this when I say, we grieve when someone close to us passes on, we are entitled to be upset and deal with our loss the way we need to. To be accused of lying or even guilt tripping staff, to come in because we are very short today, that is a problem for the management to find cover, not to apply more pressure to an already upsetting situation. That action as probably lost you respect and that staff member will be angry, understandably. But they will probably just replace you when you eventually quit, waste more money on training right? what because of stubborn nature? It is not just management or the seniors actions that can have a negative consequence, colleagues can also be trouble, that one muppet who cuts a corner, because they cannot be arsed ends up screwing an order up, losing the company money, now they implement tougher rules, make the job harder now everyone suffers. I remember one of my colleagues spilt some oil on the floor, did not clean it up, someone walked along and slipped. That person was out of work for a while, but was blamed as they should have seen it and cleaned it up. Understandably things can happen and accidents suck, but they are apart of life. What is not is some inconsiderate and lazy actions, that can lead to people hurt.
